Welcome to Salar Academy. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, Learning Management System (LMS), and educational services. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. About Salar Academy
Salar Academy is an online educational institution that provides live tutoring, small group classes, one-to-one sessions, academic support, and learning resources for Cambridge, Edexcel, and Pearson qualifications.
2. Eligibility
Students under the age of 18 must enroll with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By enrolling in a course, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only after:
Completion of the registration process.
Acceptance by Salar Academy.
Payment of the applicable course fee.
Salar Academy reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrollment where necessary, including in cases of incorrect information, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
4. Course Delivery
Our courses are delivered online through live interactive sessions using approved virtual learning platforms.
Course schedules, instructors, and class timings may occasionally change due to operational or academic requirements. Where reasonably possible, students will be informed in advance.
5. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
Attend classes punctually.
Maintain respectful and professional behaviour.
Participate actively in learning activities.
Complete assignments and assessments on time.
Use appropriate language during classes and communications.
Ensure they have a stable internet connection and suitable device for online learning.
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share their accounts with others.
6. Fees and Payments
Course fees are payable in advance according to the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in:
Suspension of access to live classes.
Restricted access to learning materials.
Suspension of LMS access until outstanding payments are settled.
Salar Academy reserves the right to revise course fees for future enrollments. Any changes will not affect fees already paid for the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
7. Attendance and Missed Classes
Students are encouraged to attend all scheduled classes.
If a student misses a class due to personal reasons, Salar Academy is not obligated to provide a replacement session unless otherwise agreed for the specific course or tutoring arrangement.
Where feasible, learning materials or assignments may be provided to help students remain on track.
8. Tutor Availability
While Salar Academy strives to maintain continuity with assigned tutors, circumstances may require a tutor to be replaced.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assign another qualified tutor without disrupting the student’s learning experience.
9. Intellectual Property
All educational materials provided by Salar Academy, including but not limited to:
Notes
Worksheets
Presentations
Videos
Assessments
Course content
Website content
remain the intellectual property of Salar Academy unless otherwise stated.
Students may use these materials solely for their personal educational purposes.
Copying, reproducing, selling, distributing, uploading, or sharing any materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Recording of Classes
Live classes may be recorded for educational, quality assurance, or training purposes where appropriate.
Students must not record, livestream, distribute, publish, or share any class session or teaching material without prior written permission from Salar Academy.
11. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
Disrupt live classes.
Engage in abusive, offensive, or discriminatory behaviour.
Share inappropriate content.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Use our services for unlawful purposes.
Misrepresent their identity.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice.
12. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, course fees paid are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Salar Academy.
Administrative fees or charges incurred during payment processing may not be refundable.
13. Limitation of Liability
Salar Academy makes every reasonable effort to provide high-quality educational services.
However, we do not guarantee:
Specific examination results.
Admission to educational institutions.
Continuous uninterrupted website availability.
Availability of third-party services beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salar Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
14. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website and LMS available at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
Scheduled maintenance
Technical upgrades
Internet service disruptions
Third-party service outages
We will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly.
15. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
16. Changes to Services
Salar Academy reserves the right to:

Update teaching methods.
Change class schedules.

Introduce or discontinue services.

17. Termination of Services
Salar Academy may suspend or terminate access to its services if a student:

Fails to pay applicable fees.
Engages in misconduct.
Misuses academy resources or platforms.
Termination does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
